Uncontested Divorce

The best way for a relationship to come to an end is for the parties to sit down together and agree on how they will go on with their lives. This means that a stranger (the judge) won’t have to make decisions of great impact to your life. In an uncontested divorce we assist clients who have already been able to agree on how to handle their separation on making that agreement legal and binding.

Contested Divorce

For many reasons, cases often are not able to resolve themselves through mutual agreement. In such an instance preparations for a court hearing or trial must be made.

A divorce is a serious matter. If the other side is not being reasonable a person must take the steps necessary to protect himself/herself.

This office handles both contested and uncontested divorce matters on a regular basis.
