We believe that every person charged with a crime is entitled to the representation of dedicated legal counsel.

Even a person who is guilty should have an attorney to explain his/her rights and to assist him/her through the process to insure that those rights are protected and that the punishment handed down is not more severe that the circumstances merit.

The public so often forgets that many people are charged with crimes while being completely innocent. In recent years we have seen a number of releases of prisoners from death row after it was conclusively proved that they were innocent.
